Texas Bar College Accepts Tim Soefje As Full Member

 The Texas Bar College has accepted Seltzer Chadwick Soefje, PLLC managing member Tim Soefje as a full member.

 

The Texas Bar College is an honor society created by the Texas Supreme Court in 1981. It is an elite group of lawyers and judges who commit to advanced legal education to improve the quality of legal service to the public and the public perception of lawyers.

 

Membership in the Texas Bar College is limited to only about 4,000 out of the 93,000 lawyers licensed in Texas.

 

Mr. Soefje leads Seltzer Chadwick Soefje, PLLC's professional liability practice and also is a certified mediator. For 20-plus years, Mr. Soefje has represented clients in the defense of professional liability claims, focusing on architects, engineers, lawyers, directors and officers, and other miscellaneous professionals.

 

He also represents corporate and individual clients in large, complex construction and business litigation, premises liability, medical malpractice, auto & trucking litigation, and catastrophic personal injury matters.​

 

Mr. Soefje focuses his mediation practice on professional liability, construction defect, personal injury, and commercial claims.Members of the Texas Bar College value and abide by high ethical standards. Mr. Soefje says that he believes every lawyer's first responsibility is to assist his client to accurately evaluate the risks associated with a claim, and then quickly develop cost-effective, results-oriented strategies to accomplish a well-defined objective.
