Robin Foret Promoted to Member of the Firm
Seltzer, Chadwick, Soefje & Ladik, PLLC, is pleased to announce that Robin Foret has been promoted to Member of the Firm.
Robin joined the Firm in January 2020, but has 28 years of previous legal experience representing management in labor and employment matters. She is Board Certified In Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Robin received her law degree from Temple University School in 1991. She graduated law school with honors (Cum Laude) and was the Articles/Symposium Editor of the Temple Law Review. She is admitted to practice in Texas and Pennsylvania.
Robin's skill set includes the representation of clients in employment-related and commercial matters in state and federal court and before administrative agencies. Her experience with employment-related matters includes, but is not limited to: theft of trade secrets; copyright infringement, breach of employment agreements; Title VII discrimination, harassment and retaliation; the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act; the FMLA; wage and hour issues and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA); FINRA related securities matters; severance agreements; and, whistleblower claims. She also provides litigation prevention advice and training to numerous companies, which includes developing and providing industry specific guidance on various employment-related issues. She is a frequent speaker, and an author of various employment-related articles and blogs. She also offers conflict resolution, arbitration and mediation services.
