Alternative Dispute Resolution

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) has long been recognized as a viable alternative to protracted, expensive and public investigations or litigation. ADR can take many forms:

  • Arbitration

  • Mediation

  • Mini-Trial

  • Private Judging

All of the attorneys of Seltzer, Chadwick, Soefje & Ladik, PLLC have extensive experience representing clients in ADR formats.  They are thus well-suited to advise clients as to the risks and benefits of ADR, and to represent clients in ADR forums.

Richard C. Seltzer, Robert G. Chadwick, Jr., Timothy B. Soefje, and James B. Jameson are also available to act as a neutral third party in disputes between parties who are not clients of the firm.  Each has a mediator certification.  Mr. Jameson serves as a panelist with U.S. Arbitration and Mediation and has conducted over 500 mediations throughout Texas.
